what is my progress and achievements
difference between monitoring and evaluation is
evaluation places a value judgement upon info gathered during a project
the assessment of a projects success is its evaluation, (peer asses)

not just your mate, friends, family, someone out of the industry and on the industry.

evaluation

The mock interview was easy to do, by doing one with out any sort if training and then having the abbreviation of star to get my interview skills better, with this I learned how to improve my interview skills not only with star but also with my peers feedback which can be seen in the other video on  my research page, with the feedback I got I took that I needed to be clear and give more detail on what I am talking about and not go backwards and follow the abbreviation star.

The training video was difficult I think, not the paper work because that was easy to do, but the thing that was a bit hard was having someone else work and trying to bring to life what they created, but me and my team got over the barriers by working together and figuring out what we could do, so we switched it up a bit to make it more convenient for us to make and then the editing was hard to do because while I had to change costume we filmed the other characters parts and the footage wasn’t in time order, which made it harder for me to edit, even thought the finish edit is only half of the product it still shows our skills within editing and doing a job interview and our creative skills as well, with what I took from this is the fact it isn’t easy to take someone’s work and try and do what they imagined you would have to edit a bit to make it the right way.

With my formal letter I feel I could have done better but, with the minimum I feel that I got across what I needed and with the research behind it I have learned that it doesn’t have to have a lot of words as long as you put your point across with what is needed to be said, which in my formal letter there could have been more but I got what I wanted to be said across.

I feel that the telephone call I did was good because with my previous job I had to use the phone and answer when ever it rang so I am pretty confident on how that came out, being quick and considerate at the same time as getting what the customer wants sorted out.

My cv was pretty plan until I put it through canva.com and now I want to show it to people on how it looks because I am proud of what I produced and that it has all the important information that is needed and hopefully it will get me the jobs I want even though it is more colourful then my old and plan cv, it still isn’t in your face which I think is what a cv should be not to basic but basic. TO MAKE IT STAND OUT.

My online bio is my personal statement which I feel is the best piece of writing I have done about myself, because it helped me get two out of three universities to except me and give me an offer and having my friend read through it who has nothing to do with media she liked what I wrote about Tim burton and how he is my inspiration to why I want to be in the media industry.

With most of this being a successes I feel there is still things I need to improve on and that is my time keeping and making sure I have everything that is needed there and have it done to the best of my ability to be able to be successful so I need to improve a lot and buckle down and get things sorted and make media my priority at the moment in time so I can get the grades I need to be able to go to university.
